HOTEL CRITERIA
1. Kindly present the Hotel or Service Voucher to the Hotel.
2. Please note that Vouchers are NON-transferable, NON-cashable to a third party.
3. As per International Rules the Check-in is scheduled at around 14:00. Check-out at NOON. Extending the Timing is subject to penalty charges according to Hotel’s own discretion and occupancy status.
4. Hotels may ask for a Credit Card imprint or Cash Deposit at the check-in time to cover Incidentals (e.g. mini bar, telephone, internet, laundry, pay TV, etc). The amount of this guarantee varies from one hotel to the other.
5. Early Departures, Delays or NO-show must be duly communicated to Hotel or Intertravel. Failing to do so will result in the accommodation’s cancellation. (Please inform us by calling our Hotline Number outside office hours or the supplier’s Number directly and provide your Confirmation or Booking number or Name). For instance: If the Customer does NOT arrive on the first night and if the property was NOT informed, the latter will release / cancel the room and Full Charges apply.

6. Changes: We understand fully that Changes occur in Bookings as in length of stay (extension or shortening), number of rooms, amendments in room type (single / double), etc – however these alterations may impact the Quoted Price. And this due to the “Dynamic Ratings”.

7. Dynamic Ratings: Hotel Prices are strongly correlated to: Dates / Period, Room Type, Room Category, Number of nights, Number of Rooms, and other parameters.
8. Children: when adults share the accommodation with children, the room fare may change.
9. In certain cases, cancellations of bookings may result in Non-refundable situations.
10. During Congresses / Fairs, Hotel Price Lists are Higher; and special clauses apply as in: Non refundable nights, Early cut off dates, etc. Please observe the Terms & Conditions thoroughly, which differ on a case-by-case basis and according to Hotel Contracts.
11. If you encounter any issue or problem with the Hotelier (reservations per say or else), kindly contact the Hotline or Emergency number if outside the office hours.
12. Hotels in certain countries (North America, United Stated for example) do not guarantee the number of beds in a room, and may accommodate the number of adults according to room Availability and this upon arrival.
13. Some Hotels may allocate rooms according to their status’ occupancy on the check-in (“Run of the House”).
14. For Hotel quotations in far-away regions, please bear in mind the Time Difference between countries.

DEADLINE
Deadline: is the Date of the Cost-FREE cancellation according to Contracts.
The Customer’s right of cancellation shall expire if he/she does not exercise his/her right in writing vis-à-vis the Hotel or Provider by the agreed date.
HOTEL INTERNATIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
By making a reservation through Intertravel, we enter into a direct (legally binding) contractual relationship with the Supplier.
The minute the service is booked and confirmed, we act solely as an Intermediary between You (Our Corporate and savvy Customer) and the Supplier (or Hotel), hence transmitting details of your reservation to the relevant parties.
When rendering our services, the information we disclose is based on Records / Facts / Description / Data provided to us by Hotels through Our Supplier(s).
To know: Hotels are given access to an extranet through which they are fully responsible for updating e.g. rates, availability and other information which is displayed on our Supplier’s site.
Although we will deploy all Efforts to diligently perform a “Virtual Inspection of Hotel Property”; However it is important to mention that we will not be able to verify if, and cannot guarantee that, the Information submitted / transmitted is accurate, complete or correct.
Consequently, we can NOT be held responsible for:
a. any Errors - including manifest and typographical errors,
b. any Interruptions - whether due to any temporary and/or partial breakdown, repair, upgrade or maintenance of any website
c. or otherwise inaccurate, misleading or untrue information or non-delivery of information.
Each hotel remains responsible at all times for the accuracy, completeness and correctness of the Descriptive Information, including Rates and Availability displayed or communicated.
Our Supplier’s website does not constitute and should not be regarded as a recommendation or endorsement of the quality, service level or rating of any hotel made available.
Prices on our site are highly competitive and include VAT (Value-Added Tax) and all other Service Charges and other Taxes that may be subject to change, unless otherwise indicated.
Room Pricing follows “Dynamic Ratings” as per the International Hotel Rules & Regulations. Price of a room is strongly correlated to: Room Type, Number of Night (s) stay, Number of Rooms, Fair / Event Periods, and Terms & Conditions implemented by the Hotel on certain Room type and according to “Promotional Fare”.
a) Room type (Economy, Standard, Superior, Deluxe, Executive, Suite) depends on the Hotel Categorization. Room Surface and Fare differs. Some Cheaper Fares may carry Restrictions and Conditions with regards to Cancellation and Refund (e.g. NON-refundable, Pre-advance Payment & Confirmation).
b) Number of Nights: Room fare is linked to the Stay’s Length.
c) Fair / Event Periods: During Events, Fairs, Exhibits, Salons, Worldwide Medical Congresses, Hotels in general (be it near or even located far from the event site) charge HIGHER Fares.
d) Terms & Conditions: Certain rates or special offers are NOT eligible for Cancellation or Change. Please check the Hotel Room and Rate Details, read thoroughly the Cancellation and NO-Show Policy prior to booking or confirmation.
e) Please make sure to advise the Exact Number of persons that would be accommodated in a Room – whilst duly specifying the Age of Child / Children per Day / Month / Year – in order to avoid issues that may arise from unknown facts, and to have the accurate Pricing.
AMENDMENTS
If you wish to cancel or alter your booking after the confirmation, you must contact Intertravel Directly, and NOT the hotel. Cancellation policies differ from one hotel to the other; and according to the Period of stay. Rules are duly stipulated on the booking confirmation (or attached by email for E-vouchers).
a) Any and All Alterations must be made in writing and during Suppliers’ Office Hours i.e. Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00. Changes made directly with Hotels are NOT accepted.
b) Cancellation Deadlines vary according to Hotels and Events’ Period. During exhibition and other high-demand dates, cancellations are NOT permitted after a booking is confirmed.
c) Customers may extend or shorten their stay at a given hotel as long as we are informed in writing, at least 24 hours before the original check-out time. We shall do our utmost best to accommodate your query however we can NOT guarantee that amendments would be authorized by Hotel, nor do rates remain the same as for the original booking.
COMPLAINTS
In case of any major problem or complaint, it is imperative to inform us in writing as soon as possible in order to find the proper solution promptly and efficiently. It is recommended that a copy of the complaint be submitted to and signed by the manager of the hotel in question. If a client fails to follow this procedure this may hinder us from solving the issue.
We shall Not be able to negotiate any claim with the supplier, when it is presented after the date of final Customer’s departure from the establishment in question.
CURRENCY
The currency rate at the Date of Quoting is for information purposes only (SKR, EUR, etc). At the Date of Booking (if slightly different from Quoting Time), rate may change. And on the Date of Payment, Accurate Price may vary according to the EXCHANGE RATE Fluctuation on that DATE and TIME.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Your Privacy is Paramount to us. We shall NOT disclose any Information - pertaining to our Customer’s Travel Trip - be it Personal or Business, hotel, booking Dates to any third party without your prior consent. All Information, Passengers Names, Documentation, Travel Data dealt with by Intertravel Team & Consultants will be treated as strictly Confidential and Proprietary

DISCLAIMER
Subject to the limitations set out in these terms and conditions…
However, neither we nor any of our employees, affiliated suppliers, partners or others involved in Creating Any and All Travel Services, Promoting, Making available the Booking Engine (Sites) and contents shall be liable for:
a) any inaccuracy relating to the descriptive information (including rates, availability and ratings) of the hotel as made available on Sites – which have been inserted in good faith. We can NOT guarantee that it is completely free from inaccuracies and typographical errors and hence we shall NOT accept any liability for any error or omission that may exist in the cited information. All such information, services and materials are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind.
b) for any personal injury, illness, death, property damage, or other direct, indirect, special, consequential or punitive damages, losses or costs suffered, incurred or paid by you, whether due to (legal) acts, errors, (gross) negligence, willful misconduct, tort or strict liability by or (wholly or partly) attributable to the hotel (its employees, directors or affiliated companies), including any (partial) cancellation, overbooking, no-show, strikes, road / rail / air obstructions and/or delays, force majeure or any other event beyond our control.
c) internet connection issues that may cause an availability loss or inability to access the Websites consequential losses or damages of whatsoever kind arising.
d) we are acting as Customer’s agent and as an independent intermediary in the contracting of accommodation and other services. Hence, we provide The Services in accordance with suppliers’ own Terms and Conditions which will exclude our liability to the Customer and consequently we shall not be accountable for any acts or negligence of any such independent businesses, or any damages or expenses resulting from the aforesaid. Intertravel is NOT liable for any irregularity - whether directly or indirectly - which may arise; or overbooking or force majeure beyond our suppliers’ control.
e) it is important to mention that even Hotel Images shown on all and any Websites serve as an indication / to give a general impression of the Hotel. Facilities may be different in real life (from size, amenities, etc).
